• The Mims Foundation is celebrating Juneteenth —  June 17, 18 and 19. Juneteenth is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African-American culture. The motion was made to take out a full page ad in the commemorative brochure for $125. The motion was passed and seconded. It passed unanimously.
